Brigitte Marrs Named To Girl Scouts Of The Missouri Heartland’S Board Of Directors

Longtime community volunteer Brigitte Marrs has been named to the Board of Directors for Girl
Scouts of the Missouri Heartland. Currently the Director of Alumni and Development at Drury
University, Marrs received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Drury University and her Master of
Education from Lincoln University.

“We are thrilled to have such a distinguished and experienced role model for girls as Ms. Marrs
on our Board of Directors,” said CEO Jennifer M. Orban, “Her experience and skills will help us
advance our mission of building girls of courage, confidence, and character.” In addition to
excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, Marrs brings sixteen years of experience as a
volunteer with various organizations, including Girl Scouts, the Junior League, the Springfield
