Encourage the girls in your council with computing-related achievements and interests to apply for the National Center for Women & Information Technology’s NCWIT Award for Aspirations in Computing, sponsored by Bank of America. Each qualified national awardee will receive:

• $500 in cash
• a laptop computer
• an engraved award for the student and the student’s school, and
• a trip to attend the Bank of America Technology Showcase and Awards Ceremony, March 27, 2010, in Charlotte, North Carolina
